Officially, it's impossible to say if the Trasoft developers are affiliated with the MLS, because their official domain points to a non-working website, which makes it very hard to acquire the necessary details.
However, on second thought, I have found that the Tarasoft Titan is actually in the MLS data, which means that yes, they are affiliated with the MLS, but at this time this is the only information viable.
I have an older version of Tarasoft Titan which is still working with the Columbus Ohio MLS system (tempo). The new version of Tarasoft is not compatible with our MLS. I've learned this when I was getting a new computer and was downloading Titan on our new computer. The Columbus Ohio MLS will be changed at the beginning of next year and I am curious whether we might be lucky enough to have the compatible with the software device or not.

There is no information about the compatibility between Tarasoft Titan and FlexMLS, but there a paragraph in a PDF file saying that FlexMLS Wireless is working with TaraSoft Titan. However, to get an accurate information related to this process, contact the FlexMLS developers using the following address: https://www.flexmls.com/contact/

According to the official website of the developer, this program was discontinued. This means that it will no longer get updates. The latest version was released in 2003 so there are little chances that it will be compatible with Windows 8. However, you can try to test it by yourself. If you have problems in the installation process, try using compatibility features. To do this, swipe from the right side of the screen and in the search bar, type Run program. Go to the Service tab and open the Run programs made for the previous Windows version utility. After you did this, you just need to follow the steps provided.
